Shipping and delivery
Delivery method
The following delivery methods are available:
- from Monday to Saturday between 16:30 and 19:00
- delivery on the day of ordering, in case order takes place before 12:00
- closed on Sunday
Your shopping is deliverd on the day and timeslot chosen by you.
The delivery boxes are the right size and your products are well protected.
Right now, delivery is available only in the following zones:
Budapest.
We only guarantee delivery if your building is reachable with the vehicles used by Gastronomia da Nandin (for example buildings that are reachable only via dirt road or pedestrian-only streets are excluded from delivery).
Our staff will deliver your shooping only to the door of your dwelling.
Delivery fees
Excluding special offers or temporary modifications, the delivery fees are the following and contain the handling and packaging charges:
- 0 HUF for orders exceeding 10.000 HUF (VAT inculded);
-1.000 HUF for orders below 10.000 HUF (VAT included).
Order confirmation
The Client receives the confirmation via e-mail containing the list of the ordered products, their prices, the date and hour of the delivery and the general and particular terms of the delivery itself.
Order modification or cancellation
The Client can cancel or modify the order (exclusively the day and the time slot of the delivery) the day before the delivery until 10:00 via e-mail writing to the following address: info@gastronomiadanandin.com.
Non available products
Gastronomia da Nandin is not responsible for temporary or definitive unavailability of one or more products. If a product is not available Gastronomia da Nandin will not charge Client it's price and will try to offer a similar alternative.
Unsuccessful delivery
For the delivery the presence of the Client or one delegate at the address and in the tome slot indicated in the order.
If the Client (or the delegate) is not present or does not have a debit or credit card that has sufficient credit to cover the order's amount or the card is not working, the order will be considered cancelled.
Payment methods
The Clien can pay with the following options:
- on delivery, in cash;
- on delivery, with credit-, debit card or prepaid MasterCard, Visa at the POS terminal.
Problems with card payment
If none of your cards work or in the unlikely case of connection problems with the payment system, we have to take the products back to the store. In this case no fees will be charged.
